Refund policy

THIS IS OUR POLICY FOR RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS & ORDER CANCELLATIONS.
PLEASE CONTACT US SO WE CAN HELP YOU!

We value your happiness and hope you love our products. However, if you need to return your new, unused, and unopened press-on nails, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs. All sales are final for rings and gift cards. Refunds will be made to original payment method(s). We do not offer exchanges and prorated or partial refunds for individual products. We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds on promotional gifts, free items/samples, and prize giveaways. Purchases for gifts may be returned by the recipient for store credit (gift card) with proof of the purchaser. Store credits and gift cards may not be exchanged for cash. Gift purchases made between November and December of each year may be returned by the recipient no later than January 31st (postmark date) of the following year to allow for Christmas gift returns. All other gifts will follow our 30-day return policy.

Please contact us at support@dollypopnails.com to request a return or to report any concerns. Please include: 

1. Your order number,
2. name,
3. phone number,
4. a detailed description of your issue, and
5. clear photos of the product(s).
6. If you are requesting a return for a gift item, please provide the name of the purchaser.

We will respond to your request within 1-2 business days. Upon approval, refunds may take up to 10 business days for credit back to your account.

You may request an order cancellation. However, we do not provide cancellations for orders that have already been shipped.
